What does support include?

All the items you buy are quality checked by ThemeSelection. Any future update made available by the author is included with every purchase.

Plus, item support includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions
  • Get assistance with reported bugs and issues

Item support does not include:

  • Customizations and installations

Future updates are free?

Yes. You will get notification mail for future updates.

Can I customize the theme?

Yes, You are free to make code changes or design changes to the theme files at your own risk. Please note that ThemeSelection will not be responsible for issues that arise after changes to the theme code. Support for themes with custom code will be limited for obvious reasons.

Is customization of template included?

No, You will get just built templates.

Although we would like to get to know your work better, so you need to contact us for customization requirements and that will be chargable.

What payment options do you support?

You can pay for any ThemeSelection product through PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

ThemeSelection offers all its customers 15 day refunds on all products. We care for our customer’s happiness and want to make sure they are happy and satisfied with our products at all times.

Why can't I log into my account?

There might be many reasons why you are unable to log into your account. Try resetting your password and then logging in. In extreme cases, your account might have been terminated due to fraudulent activity. If you believe there has been an error, contact us by sending an email to support- themeselection@gmail.com, and we will gladly help you out.

Where are the products that I purchased in my account?

If you completed the order successfully, the theme will be present in your account. Please login from here https://themeselection.com/ You can find the theme under Downloads section in the My Account Area.

How do I buy a new theme/plugin on my existing account?

Simply login to your existing account here and purchase any product to have it on the same account.

Support Questions

How can I get support with a theme or a plugin?

The Support ticket system is the primary method of support we offer. Our support team will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours.

How long will I be able to get support on a theme/plugin I purchased?

Products purchased individually get 6 months of support from us.

Does support cost extra for any services?

In 6 months of purchase, customers get support for free. However, there are extra charges for customization. If you are interested in having a product customized, email us.

Can I get support on a free theme/template?

No, We don’t offer a free support plan. You need to buy pro version of the lite template.

What if I don't know how to use the products?

To be able to use our products, you need minimum knowledge of web development and front-end. Else you need to hire a developer. We are also open for customization so you can always contact us.
